The negative effects of failure in life are oftentimes fatal, though it is known that failure is a big sign of attempts made on success by a struggling, hardworking individual. But its effects? I guess, all these depends on the verve of the one who fails.

A man with the can-do spirit in all consciousness will always have the energy to desire. He will always want to do it again and again in spite of whatever negative or unlikely encounters he has. On the contrary, low-spirited individual who always dreams that winnings can only be attained at their first knock and on the platter of gold will always have a lot of brunt to bear.

This brunt however can be a bunch of the negative effects of failure that life can bring to bear against all other positivities such as sound health, good vision, strong hope, et cetera.

Failure can be defined in quite a lot of ways. One of them is the fact that it is the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objective, and may be viewed as the opposite of success. It is merely the relativity of its understanding that puts this topic to some advantage.

  • Anxiety

First on the list of the things that can cause the negative effects of failure in life is anxiety. Anxiety makes it difficult to get through your day. Symptoms include feelings of nervousness, panic and fear as well as sweating and a rapid heartbeat.

This devil here can of course is usually borne out of the wrong impression caused by failure. Failure can no doubt make the person believe he or she can never make it successfully in life.

  • Embarrassment

Failure also makes the affected person feel embarrassed even when other people are not really paying attention to him. His or her anxiety brings us that negative feeling and as so, kills them softly. Embarrassment or awkwardness is an emotional state that is associated with mild to severe levels of discomfort, and which is usually experienced when someone commits a socially unacceptable or frowned-upon act that is witnessed by or revealed to others.

Feeling down or unhappy in response to grief, discouragement or disappointment; if ongoing, may indicate depression. Failure can of course cause this bad feeling or gloom, thereby stealing the joy out of the person.

Shame is another very emotional damage caused by the event of failure in the life of the affected person. Shame is an unpleasant self-conscious emotion often associated with negative self-evaluation; motivation to quit; and feelings of pain, exposure, distrust, powerlessness, and worthlessness.

It is a discrete, basic emotion, described as a moral or social emotion that drives people to hide or deny their wrongdoings. Moral emotions are emotions that have an influence on a person’s decision-making skills and monitors different social behaviors.

  • Anger

Lastly, it also brings about unnecessary feeling of hate and anger which can be set at one’s self and others. The anger so burns that it may lead to one deciding to kill himself. It is also known as wrath or rage, is an intense emotional state involving a strong uncomfortable and non-cooperative response to a perceived provocation.

This provocation is said to be caused by one’s undoing and that is it is always taunting if one finds out that one has actually messed up their own high expectations of themselves.
