Quebec Residents and Students from the Rest of Canada
The Quebec Government recently announced the rates for the academic year 2022-23. The Quebec basic tuition fee in 2022-2023 will be $93.24 per credit, which represents a 2.64% increase relative to 2021-22. For students from the rest of Canada, the fee charged is a combination of the Quebec rate and the out of province supplement which totals $291.01 per credit ($93.24 +$197.77).
Students in this category who are either doctoral candidates (PhD) or in Post-Graduate Medical Education are not subject to the out-of-province supplements, but will be subject to increases at the same rate as Quebec students.
