Job Summary

  • Production of Crude Oil from Wellheads, through Process Plant and into Storage Tanks.
  • Crude Oil Process Plant Monitoring, Instrumentation & Control to achieve efficient Oil/Water/Gas Separations and Optimum Production of the Relative Rates of Oil, Water & Gas taking into cognizant, the Safety of Personnel & Equipment as priority.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow Permit to Work (PTW) System and ensure that Work Procedures are adhered to.
  • Monitor and control process plant with minimum down time.
  • Prior to start-up of any plant or equipment, inspect and confirm suitability to return to normal service,
  • Operate, monitor and troubleshoot well control systems.
  • Identify deviations from standard operating conditions and bringing deviations or malfunctions to the attention of the Production Supervisor.

Job Title: Offshore Installation Manager

Job Summary

  • The position is accountable for production operations, FPSO and pipeline facilities maintenance to ensure operational reliability and zero down time. Position is accountable for process and operations safety performance and logistics support for operations.
  • Supervise, monitor and control of oil and gas production activities and utility systems to ensure that production targets are achieved.
  • The position is the subject matter expert on marine matters and incumbent is expected to combine marine operational experience with production operations

Job Responsibilities

  • OIM will ensure a safe, cost effective, environmentally compliant and effective operational performance and integrity of the installation, its facilities and personnel in order to deliver hydrocarbon exports in accordance with statutory and company standards and requirements.
  • Key contact for offshore installation & accountable for all activities on the asset.
  • Primary point of contact and liaison with offshore Well Intervention, SIMOPS and Drilling contractors.

  • Perform all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic component repair or replacement of parts as specified by the OEM and as per API, ISO, etc.
  • Ensure the Mechanical maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, liaising with other Discipline Supervisors to minimize equipment down time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% uptime of the Generators and support production equipment on the FPSO to attain a process plant uptime above 99.5%.

  • Ensure the Mechanical maintenance task is executed efficiently, liaising with other Discipline Supervisors to minimize equipment down time.
  • Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on generators, air compressors, and other equipment.
  • Be able to Perform 10k, 20k, 30k and 40k maintenance overhaul on generators and other rotating equipment.
  • Be responsible for the requisition of all spares and maintaining an efficient Sparing Philosophy for major critical spares for all rotating & key equipment.
  • Ensure that requested spare are delivered on time and qualities are original as per design specifications.
  • Ensure the stocking and safe keeping of Spares for all equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other mechanical systems.
  • Ensure working equipment are Intrinsically Safe
  • Explosion Proof and Spark Arrestors are used for all exhaust fumes. This is applicable to contractor’s equipment deployed to work on the FPSO.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or equivalent certifications in Mechanical Engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge and Skills in Predictive, Preventive Maintenance and CMMS.
  • 5-10 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor on process facilities.
  • BOSIET/HUET + STCW certified.

Job Title: Geologist / Geophysicist

Job Summary

  • Provide technical geological and/or geophysical support and risk assessment for prospect generation, reserves recovery and/or major capital projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Seismic Interpretation using any of the specialized geological software; Openworks, Decision space, Petrel, Kingdom or Geographic.
  • Ability to interpret structural and stratigraphic elements and pick Chrono-stratigraphic surfaces and faults accurately.
  • In-depth knowledge of Asset Evaluations and reservoirs studies.
  • Knowledge of seismic acquisition and processing.
  • In-depth knowledge of geological correlation and ability to integrate petrophysical data into the interpretation:
  • Should be able to tie reservoir top and base to seismic and understand hydrocarbon contacts (GOC, OWC and ODT).

  • Ability to carry out initial volumetric estimates and support reserves validation and certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other mechanical systems for maintenance and or repair purposes.
  • Responsible for preventive, routine and non-routine maintenance and for the repair of relevant machineries, pumps and compressors and document non-conformances and put a long term management plan in place.
  • Conduct surveillance duties using hand tools and small power tools to capture performance data or aberrations on critical rotating equipment while running in preparation for future predictive maintenance.
