There is a long list of high schools in Santa Monica which you may have the luxury to have to choose from. This bucket, I must say, is full of the just and simply the best schools in that particular district in California. Santa Monica is a coastal city west of downtown Los Angeles. Santa Monica Beach is fringed by Palisades Park, with views over the Pacific Ocean.

Santa Monica Pier is home to the Pacific Park amusement park, historic Looff Hippodrome Carousel and Santa Monica Pier Aquarium. Next to the pier is Muscle Beach, an outdoor gym established in the 1930s. In the city center, Bergamot Station houses several art galleries.

Santa Monica High School, officially abbreviated to SaMoHi, is located in Santa Monica, California. Founded in 1891, it changed location several times in its early years before settling into its present campus at 601 Pico Boulevard. It is a part of the Santa Monica–Malibu Unified School District.

Windward School

Windward School was founded in 1971 to provide a dynamic education in a nurturing community for co-ed students in Grades 7-12 in Los Angeles. The School is named for Shirley Windward, who used her public school system pension to open the college preparatory school.
