2.Amotekun seeks to complement the police: Amotekun won’t work in isolation rather it will work with other sisters security agencies like the police force, civil defence etc to fight crime.

3.Amotekun won’t be modelled after the Odua Peoples Congress (OPC) security outfit.most people have cited fear that Amotekun is a rebranded Odua Peoples Congress (OPC) but far from that this is purely a state backed network with approval of the states governors fully committed to the scheme.

How Much Will Amotekun Pay?

Amotekun payment has not really been stipulated. But according to report, the minimum payment is encouraging.

The pay should not really be a problem rather we encourage candidates to secure the job first, as time goes on the payment will increase.

• First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)

• Acceptable and valid means of identification
• Letter of Endorsement
• Referee form duly signed and photocopy of referee Identity Card
