Teach For Nigeria Fellowship Salary
Teach For Nigeria believe that every child deserves an opportunity to attain an excellent education and are focused on developing a movement of leaders across the nation who are committed to ending educational inequity.
The Teach For Nigeria Fellowship program salary is N70,000.00, the program is an opportunity for Nigeria’s brightest and most promising youth, in Nigeria and the diaspora, to serve as full-time teachers to children from low-income communities in some of the nation’s most underserved schools.
Teach For Nigeria Fellowship Requirements
This pathway is meant for highly motivated young graduates and mid-level professionals from diverse academic backgrounds. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- A Nigerian between the ages of 18 and 35 at the time of application.
- A university graduate with a minimum of 2:2.
- Must have at least 5 O’Level credits with Mathematics and English.
- Completed NYSC on or before July 2024
- A desire to bring about change and make a concrete difference in the lives of students by eliminating educational inequity in Nigeria
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to achieve ambitious and measurable goals
- Committed to social responsibility with stellar communication skills
- Creative solutions driven mindset, with a get stuff done attitude
- Amazing team players with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Able to make accurate linkages between cause and effect and produce relevant solutions
- No prior teaching or classroom experience required
